How is the class delivered?
The 16-hour course is offered as a “classroom.” This can be either live (in-person) delivery, or virtually online using live instructors. Virtual attendance requires audio and video connectivity and a webcam. Virtual attendees must be on the webcam while class is in session.
What do I need to do to pass the course?
To pass the course, you must have 100% attendance – either in-person or virtual. Virtual attendance requires audio and video connectivity and a webcam. Virtual attendees must be on the webcam while class is in session.
What happens if I have technical difficulties during a live, virtual session?
If you have technical difficulties and are unable to connect to the live virtual session, you will be counted as absent and will not receive the CE certificate. It is recommended that you have a solid internet connection and have a mobile hotspot back-up in case your primary internet connection fails.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for registrants that experience technical difficulties while the course is in session.
